How Does The Process Work?

  • Communicate

    Reach out by filling out the inquiry form found at the top of this page. Include details about your envisioned artwork, such as design, colors, size. You will receive a response within 1-3 business days with a pricing quote and estimated completion date. Please keep in mind custom orders typically take between 5-10 business days to complete, but may vary depending on size and design complexity.

  • Collaborate

    Once the inquiry is received, we will work together to discuss the vision of your piece. We will confirm design specifics and color combinations, as well as pricing and completion time. Once all of the details are decided, you will receive a payment link to a custom listing on this website. Payment must be received before the creation process can begin.

  • Create

    The creative process begins! You will receive updates throughout the creation of your vision to ensure the design and color palette are to your expectations. Your artwork will be completed within the previously communicated time window.

  • Collect

    Once the painting is finished, you will receive picture confirmation and the piece will be shipped directly to your doorstep. Congratulations, you are now an Ella Joy Studio original piece collector!
